Day 1 – Introduction to AIMS and ISO/IEC 42001

Day 2 – Audit Principles and Audit Preparation
  • Audit concepts and principles
  • ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021-1 audit guidance
  • Audit planning methodologies
  • Preparing and initiating an ISO/IEC 42001 audit
  • Audit scope, objectives, and criteria
Day 3 – On-Site Audit Activities
  • Conducting audit interviews
  • Gathering objective evidence
  • Reviewing AI governance controls and processes
  • Evaluating AI lifecycle management and operational controls
  • Identifying nonconformities and improvement opportunities
Day 4 – Closing the Audit and Audit Program Management
  • Audit reporting and communication

  • Audit conclusions and closing meetings
  • Managing an ISO/IEC 42001 audit program

Day 5 – Certification Exam
